"My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected. My only complaint was the low water...

"The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again."

"1st room at check in was 3rd floor no consideration taken that we were seniors. Could not manage poorly lite abd unsafe 2 flights of wooden stairs. We were moved to 1st floor, new but things were broken, outlets were not finished, telephone was not put in, could not plug in wall fan. Floor was filthy from contractors working. Next day moved to a front ocean view unit on 1st floor. We cleaned the floor. Bed was the worst mattress, springs were caved in. Terrible for sleeping. Tried using...
