"The property is beautiful and well maintained in a fantastic area. I asked via the messaging system three times if I could check in early but never got a response. That is not acceptable- what if there was an emergency? However I would be willing to stay here again if I could get responses. Also there was a delivery in the alley the room faced (201)- one delivery was at 4:20am (!) and consisted of super loud slamming sounds for about 10 minutes which woke me up - but the bed is really great...

"This was an awful experience. We did not even stay in the room past first night. We filed complaint to Massachusetts State Attorney Consumer Protection Complaint and are actively fighting with Expedia and Chase to get some money back for this awful, awful experience."
