フライトが急に遅れてしまい、到着が遅れてしまうとメールした際も、すぐにお返事をいただけました。
唯一、こちらがお伝えするのを忘れてしまってたのですが、エレベーターを降りてから部屋までが非常に遠かったこと、それだけが不満でした（私たち夫婦は足と腰が悪いため、エレベーターからの距離はとても大事なんです）。

"One double bed room was cramp, especially for two people with large overseas luggage.
Cramp meaning you only get a built in half lamp on the desk, a regular sized bathroom sink that partially hung over the mini sized bathtub. And no closet! Just a small doorless nook by the hotel door that is the width of one carry on luggage.
That said, room was clean, has mini fridge, and USB charging outlets along with a universal charging cable (lightning, USB-C, and micro USB) cable for your use.

"The hotel is directly opposite the beautiful Shinjuku Chuo Park and while we were there, so were the Tokyo Lights, which made the park very magical at night.
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Tochomae Station and around 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station, a further 5 minutes into Shinjuku itself, so is very well located. There is a bakery and breakfast buffet at the hotel, also lunches dinners are served both downstairs and on the 2nd floor grill.

"Absolutely great hotel! Great location, plenty of restaurants etc right outside and just close enough to the craziness of the ‘heart’ of Shinjuku/Godzilla head (8 min walk). We used other close by metro stations when possible to avoid the main one with its 200 exits! My partner had ordered a Japanese item whilst he was stateside and had issues with the delivery to the hotel, the staff bent over backwards to track his package online and he was able to travel into central Tokyo and pick it up in...

"The property is old; on the floors you can feel smell coming from old carpets that were cleaned numerous times. The rooms are very small, there are no places to accommodate your luggage, no cabinets. This so called hotel looks more like an Air B&B created by a group of students who want to learn how to run a hotel. "Love that they provide pajamas (long comfy button down long sleeved shirt dresses) - had I known I wouldn't have packed pjs. The locations is priceless if you're up for being in the heart of the busy night life of Shinjuku. It's conveniently located next to a train station and all the awesome restaurants and stores. It's close to known tourist spots and trending foodie spots. I also loved the view of the city that we had - Includes Godzilla!

It is a decent walk to a station (about 10 minutes) but it’s worth it in my opinion.
