Què no li ha agradat: Comoditats
The hotel is in need of much investment. The rooms are old fashioned and outdated. It is under resourced in many of the service areas and sadly, nothing resembling a 5 star hotel.
Some of the staff are not particularly friendly and as witnessed on several occasions, the guests are treated poorly as "package holiday makers".
On one night there was a very powerful storm and the result was that our room got flooded. I managed to mop all the water up that came through the window gaps, using every towel available. I spoke to the reception about this the following morning and the response was "so how many new towels do you want?" Not what I would call customer service!
Many further points I could add but time doesn't permit!
