"We have stayed in many hotels in Negril since 2015 and this is our favorite. It’s so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly helpful, courteous and offer exceptional service. Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and plentiful. Big ups to the staff , the wonderful chefs and especially Parchie for his outstanding bar and restaurant service, music choices and great company. "The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. "This was my first time visiting Breathless, and it was simply amazing! The staff was very accommodating, very professional, the selection of food was pretty good, although we never did find oxtails. The hotel itself was beautiful outside and inside, however the room did have a few quirks. For example, the fridge was not working when we first got there, but they did send someone up to switch it out. Also, they cleaned daily, which was cool and the amenities such as the pool, the gym, the beach...

"Although, I’ve been to Negril many times before, this was my first time staying at Firefly and I regret not staying there sooner. The grounds and well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend and look forward to staying there again!"
