"We went just after the storm, with half the resort operable and half the staff available, they went above and beyond. The lighting of the Christmas Tree gathering was beautiful and entertainment was provided every night. The room was immaculate, resort was clean and their hospitality was superb...we will be returning! "

"Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. Everyone was super friendly. I was confused by why I was not on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort? I was also confused how I signed up for a timeshare presentation? They usually send offers in the email/mail that offer free stays if you listen to the presentation. We were checking in and just trying to be agreeable and polite but I did not want to spend any part of my vacation listening to a timeshare unless there was a free stay involved. All we...
