"The property’s was not what was listed, very dirty and the location is not safe. 2 there is bedbug and mosquitoes.the bathroom sinks very bad order. The Camilo is after money.please i advise any guests to go to safe locations and this rotten place.the owner will you and still robed you at the same time.musical are so loud you can’t sleep."

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. "Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. "The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "
