Tamariu Apartment 5 pers. comfortable 150m from the beach

The apartment has been renovated in 2017 and receives a beautiful interior decoration with all the necessary comfort to feel at home and spend a wonderful stay in one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Brava. The beach at 150m is certified "Blue Flag" for the quality of its water and its services.

Mini markets and grocery stores, hotels, beachfront restaurants, bars, bakeries and other small shops are all within a 300m radius.

Many water activities are proposed (boat rentals, kayaks, paddle, diving ...)

At 5km is the town of Palafrugell where there is a beautiful fruit / vegetable market, fish and meat every morning. Also there are hypermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, hospitals and other usual shops in the cities.

Located on the second floor of a small building, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living / dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, one of which is expandable to a double bed, a hall at night, a bathroom and a super equipped kitchen giving access to a small rear terrace. The distribution of the rooms is very well arranged, the living room and the room in front give on a beautiful terrace with a view on the hill and its pines.

The apartment is very bright.

It can also accommodate babies and young children with a cot, a booster seat, etc ...

In terms of equipment, the highlights of the apartment are: Air conditioning, unlimited WiFi connection, TV in the living room and bedrooms, Smart TV lounge 2500 TV channels, home cinema system and Bluetooth connection.

Excellent sound insulation (nights without being woken by the noise of the trash truck at dawn in the center :-)) and bedding of very good quality.

Parking in the building for a small car.

Appartement au top!

Appartement charmant. Très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. La plage est au coin de la rue comme le supermarché. Notre voiture était trop grande pour le garage. Tamariu est une destination où l'on reviendra avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour a Tamariu

Appartement rénové avec goût. Excellente localisation qui permet d'aller à la plage en maillot. Proximité petite supérette. Parking garage uniquement pour très petite voiture mais parking en bas (2,80€/jour). Terrasse spacieuse mais donnant sur la route principale de Tamariu très empruntée Grandes baies vitrees avec une très bonne isolation phonique. Le propriétaire et le gérant sont disponibles et très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Il est très fonctionnel, bien isolé et la climatisation est un plus non négligeable. A proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, il permet de profiter au maximum de Tamariu, qui est vraiment un petit coin de paradis. Nous recommandons chaleureusement et reviendrons très certainement.

Excellent séjour.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, confortable, bien équipé, à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, les belles promenades autour. Le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillis ont été charmants et efficaces. Nous conseillons cet hébergement.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Das Appartment ist genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und befindet sich sehr nah am Strand bzw. dem Zentrum von Taramiu. Der Empfang klappte bestens und auch sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung liegt an der belebten Strasse und es ist da auch nachts laut - uns hat das nicht gestört, aber man kann auch die wirklich beeindruckenden Schallschutzfenster schließen und die Klimaanlage anmachen. Dann kann man auch in Ruhe schlafen. Alles in allem eine gelungene Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub in Taramiu. Sicherlich ist die Wohnung nicht mehr taufrisch, aber sie ist wie gesagt genauso, wie man es auf den Bildern erkennen kann.

Geräumige, mit allen Alltagsgegenständen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag gebrauchen kann. Über das Alter der Küche muss man hinwegsehen. Der zur Wohnung dazugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist leider für normale Autos nicht nutzbar. Supermarkt, Strandpromenade mit Restaurants und Tauchbasis sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt jedoch an der Hauptzufahrtsstraße zum Ort, die von vielen Autos, Bussen, Müllautos und nachts befahren wird. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern wird der Schall gut isoliert. Leider wohnt in dem Haus eine Familie mit zwei Hunden, die Tag und Nacht ausdauernd und laut bellen.

Magnifique !

Un appartement disposant de tout le confort nécessaire (équipements cuisine, audio/vidéo, climatisation, etc.) situé idéalement, pas collé au front de mer (pas de nuisances sonores) mais très très proche pour y aller ) pied tranquillou avec les enfants (5 min). Une baie intime disposant de tous les services dont on a besoin en vacances. Bref, au top! Nous y retournerons, c'est sur! Merci à JC et LEX encore une fois.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très confortable rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire et le contact local sont très prévenant. L endroit est magnifique mais victime de son succès en saison. Nous avons préféré la plage de llafranc à quelques encablures. De très belles balades le long du littoral à faire absolument Un.peu galère pour se garer (nous avions une grosse voiture qui ne rentrait pas dans le garage) mais on y arrive tjs aux heures décalées

Super séjour

De très bonnes vacances, au cœur de Tamariu. L’appartement est moderne et fonctionnel. Il est très bien placé. L’insonorisation et la climatisation sont un vrai plus très appréciables pour les séjours estivaux. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute. Il est de très bon conseil. À recommander à ceux qui veulent découvrir la partie encore préservée de la Costa Brava et ses sublimes criques.

Charming apartment in a stunning village

The main difference with this apartment and some others we have stayed in is that this very much feels like someone's second home rather than just a holiday let. A lot of love has clearly gone into the renovation and it is a comfortable, relaxing and very well presented place to stay. Jean-Cristophe has probably been the most communicative and responsive host we've ever had and although only becoming a host recently has tried to think of everything - his instruction/info book is most comprehensive I have ever seen! Special mention also to Lex, a local property manager who helped us with check in/check out and provided us with loads of useful info about the area. You get the impression that between Jean-Cristophe and Lex no request would be ruled out and they will go the extra mile to try and accommodate which makes a huge difference especially when travelling with young children as we were. The apartment is only a 2 minute stroll to the village centre and beach. Tamariu is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed although it was quite busy even towards the end of the season. When we found the beach too crowded we drove a short distance to Cala de Castell which is well worth a visit. As with any apartment in a block, we had a bit of noise from other residents but nothing excessive and as advertised, the very solid doors do provide excellent sound insulation from the road outside. We didn't find the road especially noisy and enjoyed sitting on the balcony which is not overlooked by anyone and gazing out at the trees. If you are looking for an apartment with character and charm in a wonderful location and with hosts that care about your wellbeing, this place is hard to beat.

Prachtige woning dicht bij het strand

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van een prachtige baai. Het appartement is groot en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige dat tegenviel was de communicatie over de wifi. Doordat er in Tamariu nog geen wifi-abonnementen aanwezig zijn gaat alles via 4G. Per week is er beperkte wifi aanwezig en wij hadden het fijn gevonden als dit van te voren gecommuniceerd was. Wij zijn uitermate tevreden en we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtig appartement.

Schöne moderne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Jedoch sollte klargestellt werden, dass direkt vor dem Haus und unter dem schönen Balkon die einzige Zufahrt zu Tamariu verläuft und eine Bodenwelle dazu führt, dass vor dem Haus jedes Fahrzeug abbremsen muss und dann (vor allem bergaufwärts) oft ziemlich laut beschleunigt. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung trotzdem wohl und genossen auch den Balkon ausgiebig. Die (grundsätzlich überdurchschnittliche) Ausstattung sollte um einen Föhn ergänzt werden.
