"This setting of 10 Cabins was charming, well-spaced out, complete with a central family group area with big bbq & picnic tables for those coming with a group. The grounds are casual & well-maintained. Now, the cabins are really quite glamorous cottages, absolutely well appointed, very comfortable & beautifully decorated. Very, very pretty indeed! "We loved the condo condition and comfort. We loved the area where it sits. It has an amazing courtyard, grill area, hot tub, game room, ice and washroom. The zip line and fishing pond were located right next to Auslander. It was a remote location yet so close to everything. We love it!"

"Prefect location in Red River with lots to do at the property with the family. Walking distance to everything and fishing right outside the door."

"It was exactly what we wanted! The fishing was perfect and it was just short drive to town. Very quit with beautiful views! Highly recommend."

"Husband & I stayed 4 nights. Room was good for just the two of us. Easy walk to historic plaza & shops/restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on back patio. Would have been nice to have a larger refrigerator than dorm size but worked fine for our drinks. Clean and had everything we needed. "

"Excellent stay. Due the time of year, the food options were a little limited but expected. Quiet, relaxing environment. Our condo was recently remodeled, and the owners did an amazing job. Top shelf all the way. Mitch was more than accommodating, responded to questions and concerns quickly, even with our late arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family. "

"We stayed 5 days the house had almost everything you could possibly think of (no cookie sheet) It was very clean and it was so nice to sit on the deck and watch wildlife or stars at night. We visited the Shrine of the Stations of the Cross , The Great Sand Dunes and the Zappa Falls all within an hour drive while we were there."

"Lori, the host, could not have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating! She is truly a kind and helpful person.This place was ideal. We are 3 old friends who were interested in riding ATVs around the local trails. We were able to ride from the cabin. Everything inside worked, and we had no problems. The place was very comfortable and relaxing. As others have said, the bathroom is small, but hey, get in and out. The shower had plenty of water pressure and an ample supply of hot...

"Wonderful week at RRFE, and the peace of being outside of town and right on the river was perfect. Very clean property, but the sofa has seen better days. The sleeper mechanism has collapsed and it is falling to the floor. But we would stay there every time if available. "
