"First time booking this place and I loved it! it had everything I needed. Room was cozy and comfy. Came with milk and tea which was lovely. Shower was amazing with great pressure. There was a perfect view of the sky tower so I was able to watch the fire works on NYE. Then Dinner at gladstone was another added bonus. The fact that you dont have to go round and round for parking is also another added bonus. Would totally stay here again! thank you so much -"

"The room was clean and tidy and the right size for two people. All the staff were good. The breakfast hot/cold buffet had a good selection and was nice. Although our first hot breakfast was cold. We told the restaurant staff and we didn't have another cold breakfast. "

Coffee machine was missing and so was some of the furniture. 2nd room was excellent and of the usual standard we expected from cordis. Max in the desk couldn’t have been more accommodating if he’d tried and remained warm, friendly and extremely helpful in the face of our complaint. All staff were friendly, warm and welcoming.
