"The Sebel Viaduct team really made my special birthday stay wonderful! They went out of their way to ensure it was a wonderful trip and that my room was perfect. We love
staying at the Sebel Auckland Viaduct and will be back again definitely!
The room is wonderful with a kitchenette and laundry facilities making a break cost effective and convenient. This upgrade was well worth it in terms of the views, space and break out areas. This really is a wonderfully designed facility."

"Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills."

"So close to the Spark Arena, lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Our room was great. Bed comfy, the kitchenette and laundry was a nice upgrade. Everything was cleaned beautifully every day. We’d definitely come back."
