"Super convenient for what we needed. Not great good options downstairs but that’s not their fault. The lady at the check in desk was lovely and really helpful. We really liked the property, just a bit on the pricey side. Would also be good if parking was better. There was a whole parking building that wasn’t able to be used and with all the stores around it wasn’t good parking."

"A rather unusual hotel layout that puts an Ibis and Novotel in the same building. Very pretty though, and it means that even if you go budget, you get a very nice restaurant built straight into the hotel with a breakfast buffet that, while an upcharge, I think is overall worth it. The room was pretty chic and comfy, though the king bed was actually just two double mattresses side-by-side and this had me waking up with a numb foot on my first morning. Its location is also quite nice; you're right...

"Probably one of the best showers ive had from a motel. Great location. Room was abit small but only used it for sleeping so was ok. TV had no sound. Bed was comfy.
Continental breakfast was handy for the morning. Staff were friendly. Good vibe"

"A great find, the hotel is very handy to shops, motorway and bus station with good parking. The property was quite new so in excellent condition, the small kitchen area in the Urban home apartment was great to make our own breakfast. Hightly recommend."

"The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay."

"The room was clean and well kept. The location was great for the CBD and for being close to spark arena. It was a bit noisy (the street could be heard from the closed windows) during the day but was absolutely fine at night. Would stay here again"
