"We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. "

"The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."

"It was SO noisy. The room was nice, very clean, and well stocked. The staff was also amazing. The rooms are mostly sound-proof when it comes to hearing the other rooms, however, the windows let in so much noise. The train constantly woke us up and sirens sound like they are in the room (we were on the top floor too). We moved to a new room and it helped a little, but if your room has windows facing the train station, it is extremely noisy. I don't understand why they didn't install thicker...

"Great hotel overall, certainly recommend and we will come back should we visit this side of the world again. It’s spotless and very well maintained. 5 mins walk from the shopping strip and 13 mins walk to Shinjuku station (which is serviced by all the major line, it does own the title of the busiest train station for a reason). Breakfast was good as well (although we did have the exact same menu everyday for the 3 days we were there, if you are staying longer it might get boring).
