"We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was away from the hustle and bustle of main Shinjuku, but walking distance to a train station. There were several convenience stores and a grocery store nearby. It came with a mini fridge and microwave and the big plus was the combination washer dryer which came in handy. I was travelling solo so the room size was perfect for one person. I arrived late in the evening and it was a good thing there is a McDonald’s next to the property."

"The pictures we saw when booking the hotel didn’t match the actual hotel or our rooms. The rooms were outdated and had mold everywhere. Our sink had a crack, and the shower curtain wasn’t clean. The location was convenient and safe, but it was also very crowded. Not recommended."

"The hotel is located on a busy road in Kyoto but once you enter the hotel the noise and congestion of the street disappears. The rooms are very modern with a Japanese theme. There is a laundry room in the basement with 4 or 5 machines but they fill very quickly. Unless you’re willing to get up early it maybe difficult to wash your clothes.
