"The AC eventually cooled the room. The room was clean and the facilities were like an older 3- star hotel in the USA. We did not have breakfast and coffee is only available for breakfast patrons before 10am. There is only instant coffee in room. There were no washcloths which I should have expected. This is not somewhere I would want to spend more than a day but if you need a hotel after a super late night flight - it is perfect!!! "

"We stayed after finding out it was reopening following a renovation. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the room looked quite dated and the service had issues at times with delays in orders at the bar and the restaurant. The main pool is nice, the best bit of this hotel, and clearly this is still one of the better hotels in Tahiti. "

"We booked the family suite, but after seeing it, and after the bad start to our stay, we left. Check in time was identified as 1pm. we arrived at 230, and were told that it wasnt ready. So, we sat for about half an hour. The family suite appeared to actually be a storage room, because it had a bunch of junk stored in it off to the side including an old mattress that wasnt being used, and a bunch of unhung paintings. "Beautiful and unique “hobbit cabins” in far south Tahiti… two warm pools, fish ponds, amazing flowers and foliage, fantastic sunsets, great breakfast. Be aware that the bungalows are open to the elements and there may be a short uphill walk from the parking lot. Nets are provided for the beds and we didn’t have a serious issue with bugs. There are also chickens wandering the grounds, which is fun."

"We had to stay one night in Tahiti to catch the ferry to Moorea the next day. This hotel was walking distance to everything. The ferry, food, bars, and a grocery store to grab snacks and drinks for our stay in Bora Bora. Was a basic room. And very clean with friendly staff. "

"We stayed at this location for 8 days in a superior room and enjoyed almost every single moment of it. We would rate the location 10/10. The view is breathtaking! The room design and layout are very well done although the rooms themselves are tired and some things don’t work anymore i.e the lighting in the pool and over the mirror in the bathroom, the waterfall in the pool and the hot tub was dry. "Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing."
