The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."

"Modern, clean, beautiful hotel in the old town. Great, friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant too. Wonderful breakfast setup. Be aware, no access by car so park at one of the recommended underground garages and roll yourselves over. Takes about 7 minutes. "

"The place itself is quiet but one side faces a square with cafes, and it can be noisy at night. Closing the windows and turning on the fan solved the problem. The ‘jefe’ Anne runs the place and she is great—very helpful, and she also supplied homemade cheesecake for breakfast, which was a nice touch."
