"Sophie Terrace is near the train station in Rome. It was a very comfortable and safe hotel, and the front desk staff, (during our stay we mostly dealt with Flo, but all of them was very kind), helped us with restaurant recommendations and directions and offered tips on how to enjoy Rome. We loved the stay and the staff was warm and friendly, so you felt very comfortable there. 100% recommend!"

"Superfriendly reception staff! We received excellent support with taxi reservation, suggestion for restaurants, shopping advise and other useful tips. Also appreciated that we could store our luggage on the reception area since we arrived very early and had a late flight back. Nice roof top bar both for breakfast in the morning sun and sunset drunks! Can highly recommend this hotel. "

"Close and easy access to Roma Termini. The staff was very friendly and helpful, be it for giving ideas on where and what to visit in a day, booking shuttles and suggestions of nearby places to have breakfast or lunch at. The hotel had very charming, older European style. Very pretty."

"Funcionários gentis, quarto limpo, banheiro com separação de área de banho/ área de pia/ área de sanitário, o que é ótimo pq da pra mais pessoas usarem o banheiro ao mesmo tempo. Não sei do café pq eu não incluí café nas minhas estadias. Mas de resto achei tudo ótimo, eu voltaria e inclusive eu recomendei pra uma amiga."
