"I brought my son to Rome and Croatia for his 16th birthday. We spent a few days in Rome, flew to Croatia, and then came back to Rome for a few days before heading back to the States. On our first leg of Rome, we left our Samsung watch and a few chargers. They contacted us immediately letting us know that we left our items. I asked them if they could hold it until we got back Rome from Croatia (we were already in route to the airport). Our items were sitting on our bed when we came back to Rome!...

"Cute spot. Great Breakfast delivered to your door. 20min to walk to anywhere is enjoyable, very secure neighborhood as the Military station is across the street. Hosts are available with whats app and accommodating. Quick Tip: dont take a taxi from the train station. They will scam you $50 euro. And its only a 2 block lovely walk. Even with luggage. Also , let the Hotel know your arrival time so they can assist you with entry if required. Our family of 4 had a lovely stay. "

"This is truly a 5 star hotel experience. From the initial greeting by the staff at check in to the very informative concierges. The room was well appointed and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. We had an issue with a shower head leak that was resolved within the hour. If there is one slight criticism, it would be the price of the food. I paid 38 euros for a caesar salad, that was pretty scant for the price. "Good location close to main railway station and within walking distance of main sights of Rome. Easy access to property for check-in and Paulo was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage the next morning until we caught our bus to the airport. The apartment was lovely and bed comfortable but the room and bathroom needed updating. "

"This property was clean, ten min walk to the Roma train station, and the staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The bed was hard, but that is a personal preference, so it may work for others. The location felt a little isolated from the major attractions, but Rome is easy to get around, just bring great walking shoes. "
