"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. "Hotel molto bello. Perfetto per i bambini. Piscine bellissime e baby club ottimo.

"They have very good breakfast."

"Clean and well organized hotel"

"They are really short staffed. No one at the reception upon arrival at around 6pm. Nobody at the bar and needed to go find someone for help. Nobody at the wellness center."

"Beautiful views, great breakfast and dinner. Super friendly staff. The sauna area is also great!"

"Excelent breakfast and really clean rooms. If you come by car parking is not assured. We got parking the second day of our stay."

It is a great base to explore the area from, there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and the ferry stops a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is very comfortable, the staff are lovely and it has excellent facilities. Breakfast over looking the lake is a real treat. I would recommend eating there for an evening meal at least once. The food is exquisite. Overall we loved our time there and...
