"Staff entered room without permission to change the towel and clean bedsheets; I don’t think it’s a secure rooms if you left something outside of locker! sink jammed throughout the stay in bathroom! Room doesn’t have even a microwave not sure it’s a Europe thing or what! Also swimming pool is not heated , I tried thrice at different times and it was cold!"

"We were only in Florence for a day and the Radisson was a great pick to park and take a tram to the city center. The hotel was so nice , comfortable and the bed and pillows were the best in Rome. There was only one problem. As Americans we didn’t know you had to insert the key card in by the door to make the lights and AC work. "It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it...

"The room, breakfast and front counter staff were excellent. Overall was a nice experience. there was a wedding in the courtyard patio area during our stay on the first night and we couldn’t enjoy certain areas of the property. We would have liked to have been made aware of that. Instead of stumbling into their party and told it was private. Both men and the lady at the desk were extremely helpful and kind. As well as the morning breakfast lady."

"While my wife and I enjoyed our stay there were a few maintenance issues we had to bring to their attention. The most discouraging was when part of the shower fell off and smashed my big toe resulting in some discomfort and a nasty bruise. When I reached out to management I got no response and that was disappointing. The breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed the location."

"My cousin and I were on a month trip with many stops in 4 countries. Florence was our 2nd last stop. Villa Nerolli was my favorite overall stay. It was so very relaxing with the scents of roses, bamboo, jasmine and wisteria everywhere. Simply beautiful and a symphony for all the senses. The food, service, pool, and drinks were fabulous 💖 I hope to make it back one day 🙏"

"A comfortable and interestingly decorated hotel based on Dante’s Divine Comedy. There are white (heaven) and red (hell) rooms. They are pretty big and have separate shower and toilet which is convenient for couples. Air conditioning is quiet, and you can always open window or balcony. Rooms are facing two green yards, so it is very quiet. A nice, fun stay."

"This was a GREAT stay. The hotel is very complete, with lots of amenities, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a really good experience and would definitely stay here again. My only downside was that the bed was quite hard for my preference, but other than that, everything was great!"
