"Started off in a room with a tiny shower, smaller than a cruise shower. Spoke to the staff and upgrade to a different room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy to great you. The breakfast was a little expensive. I ordered the French toast that came with ham and cheese. What came out was a grilled cheese sandwich, lol??"

She immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, and gave us a map with all the best locations to visit in Florence. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. "Bellissimo soggiorno a Firenze, Riccardo il proprietario é stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile nell'accoglierci e fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie, consigliandoci anche dove andare a mangiare. Il quartiere non é lontanissimo dal centro, é comunque una zona periferica con i suoi pro e contro, ottimo il bar Leopolda per la colazione, di sera serve un po' di attenzione. Nel complesso molto soddisfatta! "
