"Great dinner and entertainment, but the room was a maintenance nightmare. My wife and I recently booked an overnight stay in the "Purple Room," and unfortunately, the room fell incredibly short of expectations. It was riddled with maintenance and upkeeping issues: the toilet wouldn't flush, the shower leaked constantly, the wallpaper was peeling, and the fireplace—which looked cozy in photos—didn't work at all. The plumbing noise was so loud that we actually had to shut off the bathroom's main...

"Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny with no counter space. No rails around bathtub. No continental breakfast. Coffee maker with only two mugs provided for a 4 person room. The shampoo/conditioner provided is terrible. The good: the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. You will need the hot-tub after sleeping on the too firm beds. Having Boston Pizza restaurant next door is handy. The room was clean, the bed clean. There is an elevator instead of stairs."
