"The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. Not the greatest to get ready and apply make up. However, there is a cute desk in front of a window with a lamp that was perfect lighting to apply make up. Aside from that it was simple and charming. "Great place for our extended family of ten. Enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms for everyone. Kids loved the pool and neighborhood playground within walking distance. "

"2nd time we stayed here. Great house and location. The dock outside the door is a huge draw. Unfortunately, the tides weren't in our favor and could not get the boat in or out for the majority of the day (11a - 4p) for 5 days due to low tide. Boat sat in the mud at the dock for hours."

"This is truly a romantic getaway! The boat is very clean and cozy, the manager is very welcoming and caring, great communication. The neighborhood is worn down but part of the nature was very vibrate and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoyed that view."

"Very disappointed in my stay here. I stayed here for 5 days and needed a space to work remotely. Arrived at 1pm for check in and realized no itinerary was emailed to me so I do not have the code to enter the property. Called host several times, no response. Rang the doorbell of the host's family and no response. Host called me back at 7:45pm, almost 7 hours after check in to give me the code. No itinerary, also meant no access to wifi and the neighborhood has terrible cell phone reception...

"Great place we were here with three other couples for annual Golden State Square Dance. Had others attending dance for barbecue. Great place!!!!!"

"Tameka was a gracious host. Her home is comfortable and cozy. If you can't find what you need, she will find it. She is respectful of your space. I injured myself and she went beyond host duties to help me. We hope to return next time wevare both in California. "

"Nice modern house, well decorated. Jacuzzi, which seems to be a selling point, was less than halfway filled midday and into the evening. it was cold and was only on and full from 7-10AM despite the house manual saying 7-10pm. During the stay the host was not communicative when I asked about garbage cans and the function of the jacuzzi. The host was quite responsive after the stay but that’s the only time."

"We spent a weekend in Discovery Bay, this location was excellent. The house was nice and the kitchen was well equipped.We rented a pontoon boat and explored the delta, the proximity to the fast water is great. I can only imagine that getting to fast water from one of the further spots could take 30 minutes so this location being just a few minutes to the lighthouse was very good. "

"My family stayed for a long weekend. We love the location- being able to walk to the science museum, bookstore, restaurants, park were all amazing! There was a charger a block away where we were able to top off our car before heading home. The house itself is very comfortable and clearly a lot of thought and care have gone into making it welcoming for visitors. Our hostess, Lisa, was friendly & accommodating. "Lovely property. Both charming and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed minus a toaster. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Well appointed with good furniture suitable to age of house. A/C runs well which is needed in hot summer months. It would be more efficient if the small gaps were sealed around all windows.
