"We stayed at the Hotel Du Vin on our wedding night. We checked in online which was a very quick and simple process. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a suitcase which we wanted to take to the hotel prior to checking in. This was absolutely no problem and as our room was ready, we were able to take the case to our room far in advance of normal check in time. When we returned to our room, a bottle of bubbly had been provided which was a lovely touch and gratefully...

"Beautiful hotel close to centre. Newly extended car park so don't stress about parking. 2 nights in Stratford what a lovely place. Very hot but proper ac in rooms. Only down side was restraunt. My wife is vegetarian but only do steak for 2 to share but many options for food in town"

"We have stayed many times over the years. The hotel is very central - a very short walk to the river, shops, and other sights in Stratford. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly. Decor has been “touched up” after our last stay - but still some maintenance issues: a light not working in the bathroom and curtains coming off the rail. "Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!"

"House was better than expected for a 600 year old building. Loved the courtyard outside and downstairs lounge area with all mod cons. Had trouble with the door in that it locks when shut and key was inside - had to call a locksmith! Maybe you can look at changing the type of lock so this does not happen to others."

"Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. The only thing missing was shampoo, which is not a big deal but would be helpful for overseas travelers who haven’t brought things like that because of liquid restrictions on flights, or are traveling light. But the room was very nice overall. "

"It was a delightful property, had all we needed. It’s in a quite location yet a only a short walk from the town centre, main attraction & the river. The people that own it went above and beyond our expectations. "

"This was the perfect property for our holiday in the UK. The house was large enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, it was very clean and in excellent condition. The owners even left us a handwritten welcome note with a bottle of wine and chocolates. I can't speak highly enough of this property and recommend it to anyone and everyone!"
