"The location of the hotel is tough to beat. Subway right around corner, also in the heart of the village. We stayed cause of proximity but were also surprised at how much we enjoyed the hotel itself. It’s older, but has a charm. Room size was nice, the AC worked great and shower was great. Staff were also super nice and helpful. Might be our new go to spot when we visit the city every year"

"I traveled to New York with my 3 young sons and the stay made the trip much more memorable. The location is top tier, I had no idea we would be so close to Times Square. We were able to explore and come back often if we needed a break. The staff is 10/10. We had the most beautiful connection with the front desk attendant. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. "This hotel felt like an oasis amidst the bustling crowds of the Times Square neighborhood. The public areas in the hotel and our room were super clean, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient for catching the subway or checking out restaurants on 9th Avenue. Also, the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. I highly recommend the Fairfield Marriott Times Square for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Manhattan."

"The hotel is quite dated, but the biggest issue was the unusable room WiFi. No internet connection in the room. Many guests had to stay in the lobby just to access the internet.
Breakfast was also poorly managed, with insufficient seating and food not being replenished on time, leaving many guests waiting with nothing to eat.
Hope the hotel will improve these issues for future guests."
