"this hotel location is not in a clean area of the city. It’s very small the hallways are so narrow. You can’t pass by another individual. You have to wait until they walk past you. They’re supposed free snacks are very cheesy and doesn’t make the hotel any special. The staff was very unfriendly and when I wanted to go somewhere else, they proceeded to not give me my money back."

"This was my second overnight stay in Manhattan. I chose a room on the 12th floor and we had an awesome view of the city! Our room was much larger than I expected a typical room to be. The only Improvement would be a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room was clean and the few staff we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"
