"Thought the hotel was fine but we arrived at 3:35 pm and were told that our room would not be available until 4 pm. That is really crazy late for a room to be ready, particularly with an 11 am checkout. We had a 5:00 pm wedding to get to across the park and fortunately, the bride was late. But you should staff housekeeping to allow no more than a 3 pm check-in. I cannot think of anywhere else in the city which has a 4 pm check in and you should change to remain competitive."
