"My boyfriend and I always come to this hotel whenever we come to NYC. The staff is great and the parking garage is right across the street (there is discounts parking). They also have a wonderful breakfast option as well. We will always come back!"

"Very clean room and friendly staff , decent breakfast. Would recommend having better WiFi or an upgraded tv since the reception was spotty. "

"There were shopping carts outside entrance that homeless people were using. They had a person at front door to prevent specific people from getting in. People were living in hotel. That explains the roaches. We were there for a funeral and had no choice but to stay."
