"Our family trip was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and everyone we spoke to was very accommodating. Our flight was a direct into Cancun, so we arrived at the property well before check-in. "The property was well kept, but showing its age. The air conditioning could barely keep up in the rooms. If not for a ceiling fan it would have been unbearable. There was no air in the powder room so doing makeup and hair was difficult. The beach was nasty - terrible seaweed which made the water look and smell bad. We never stepped on the beach. "The property is near Coco Bongo, many restaurants and places to shop for just about anything you need. The check-in process was quick and easy.
