We booked this hotel through Expedia and arrived around noon, but we were told we had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in. They offered no flexibility; if we wanted early check-in, it was $20 per hour. Even though they said the hotel was 60% full, many families, like us, were waiting in the lobby until the 3 p.m. rush. It was ridiculous—if rooms were ready, they should have let us check in sooner, instead of holding everyone until the same time. That night, we were also told we had to move our car because of supposed construction work. Despite our plan to leave the next day, they insisted we had to move it that night and pay for parking at a lot next door. We asked why we should pay,you guys at the hotel should pay, but they refused. So, we set an alarm for 6 a.m. to handle it. When we arrived, the parking lot next door had no idea about the arrangement. After going back and forth for an hour, the morning shift still didn’t have answers. Eventually, one employee with good English helped us park, but it was a total mess. By the time we left at noon, there was no construction at all. The poor management was obvious—no communication, and the front desk staff was left stranded. While the room itself was fine, the overall experience was exhausting and poorly organized. I wouldn't recommend this hotel... But Valentina at the front desk was very sweet
