"We had an excellent time and our dog loved the farm. The hosts are fantastic people and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We location is nice just a few minutes drive from downtown Middleburg and in a beautiful area. We will definitely return."

"Property well kept. comfortable and clean. Easy check in process. Hot tub and Gas Fire Pit worked properly and were maintained. Back yard private and peaceful. Host Friendly & Communicative. Definitely a 10/10. I would recommend this property to others and would definitely stay again! "

"The listing indicated pets were welcome and we were able to bring our 13 year old dog, who loves traveling with my husband and I. There was some initial confusion after we booked the Schoolhouse, saying pets are prohibited. Through contact with the host, it was cleared up pretty quickly. All in all, the place was comfortable and we had what we needed to cook a couple of meals. I loved the area and enjoyed walking our dog on the state-maintained back roads. "I enjoyed being in my own, cozy little cabin near the woods as I found the tiny house to be a very homey and comfortable lodging, yet private and secure.
The proprietors were very hospitable.
I would recommend this place over a hotel room anytime.
And I would hope to book it again if I’m in the area. "

"What a lovely stay! My husband booked this spot for a two night getaway for my 40th so I could have a nice break from toddlering. I didn’t meet the host but I’m sure she’s great. I did meet the dogs, also great. In terms of the amenities, the kitchen was stocked with tons of little thoughtful items ie: popcorn, wine, filtered water, soups etc… The bathroom was also stocked with everything you need, even lotion (rare). The view was beautiful to wake up to and I can’t recommend this space enough...
