"It was a lovely property but we felt it lacked the amenities a typical 5 star would offer. No real toiletry kit/ lotion provided in the room. Shampoo and conditioner was empty upon check in. No turn down service. Shared with them it was my husbands birthday and wanted to pre book breakfast to the room as a surprise, attempted to order the day before and shared with me they couldn’t coordinate for me I would have to call morning of. "Perfect location on Las Ramblas, one of the most famous streets in Barcelona with easy access to high end shopping, the city market and great restaurants. It's central location makes it convemient to get to any location in Barcelona. Fantastic views of the city from the awesome rooftop pool and bar, including Sagrada Familia in the distance. This will be my first choice Hotel whenever I visit Barcelona again."
