"The rooms are paper thin. You can hear beside you and above you. The telephone in the room did not work. There were no instructions on how the tv remote operated (not like any in the US). When I arrived, there was LOUD construction going on. Wasn’t able to nap. They DID have early check in though. They offered to move me, but I had already unpacked. I found a dead cockroach in the room. The blow dryer stopped working after getting too hot. Took forever to dry my hair. I paid WAAAAAAY too much...

"Top Hotel in Barcelona! Die Lage ist perfekt – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt war alles super. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

"The room was cleaned and bed was made everyday, the staff was amazing!, I didn’t try the breakfast or the bar but the rooftop was very nice. The pool was small and not as clean as I liked and also was very warm. But I did enjoy the views and everything else was exceptional and well cleaned."

"This hotel's location was fantastic; just steps from the beach, right by bus stops, great restaurants and shops. We had requested 3 beds, as I was traveling with two children and appreciated having separate beds. We had trouble with water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. To the staff's credit, once we reported it, they addressed it promptly. Everything else was fine: room was clean, quiet room for a good night sleep, staff friendly."
