One the last day we were there, we had to leave early for the airport and Ricardo (one of the breakfast room attendants) was so helpful in getting us some breakfast to go before the buffet was officially open. Hotel is a great location, very central and close to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Would stay here again."

El hotel y sus trabajadores excelentes ( sobre todo los trabajadores de recepción ) pero como empresa un 0 totalmente imposible comunicarse con vosotros por tlf. Si necesitas solventar alguna duda o tienes algún problema como olvidar algo en alguna habitación… pierde toda la confianza en poder hablar con ninguna persona para que te ayude, asesore o aconseje. Tres días llamando y nada. Desesperante. Contratad a alguna...

"We had a late check in and only stayed for the night but this place was so cute. They offered airport shuttle services which is what we wanted. The hotel is in what looks like a newly developed up and coming neighborhood. Our room was pretty large with a nice bathroom that had a rainfall shower head. Everything was clean and neat. Staff was nice, bar is 24 hours. The hotel is Alice and Wonderland themed which gave it a cute ambiance and they have a lot of puns embedded throughout the hotel,...
