"When we arrived at the Sequoia Resort, Karthik greeted us and told us about all of the wonderful features of the property, including a grill and bicycles we were free to use, a lake with paddle boats we could borrow, free laundry, and a library room with books, games, DVDs, and (my favorite part) a litter of kittens that had recently been born on the property! "My companion and I really enjoyed the location. It did take a few minutes to find our room, but once in we were able to relax. A few items to mention: the door lock to Ponderosa does not seem to lock securely. And, I did encounter some cockroaches, which we were able to dispatch without much problem - I think these are unavoidable. But overall, we would very much like to stay at this property again!"

"We really enjoyed staying at Ash Mountain for many reasons. To begin with, the setting is superb: a quiet mountain overlooking a river. The constant sound was super peaceful. Communication with Lori, the owner, was great and she helped us to ensure a pleasant stay.
