"The property is as described, and the pictures on the website accurately reflect the hotel. There is additional parking to the rear of the property via the carport, which I found very secure.
The room had all the facilities you may want/need, including others which were not expected, such as toothbrushes and little extras such as L'occitane products.
The blind did not work properly in our room, and I would say that the bathroom needed a little TLC, with the mirror needing replacing due to it...

"We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...

"The Rubens is a fantastic hotel. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay there upon return to London. The location cannot be beat, only a block or two from Buckingham Palace. The staff absolutely could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They really were fantastic!!
The room was comfortable. We had a view of the Royal Mews. Breakfast was amazing. I really cannot say enough nice things about the hotel. Highly recommend!"

"Room is clean and service desk was pleasant but our room was not functional
and not comfortable nor set up for a comfortable stay. We are used to small accommodations in London, but this room was not livable for any length of stay.
You can find better at the same price or less, and with breakfast which this did not offer. They also wanted to charge us for occupying 1 hour early."

"CitizenM concept is great for solo travelers. This particular property is perfectly situated right at the convenient Tower Hill tube station and overlooks Trinity Square. Top floor lounge has an amazing view of the Tower of London and the Shard — as do many of the rooms. Stayed here before, will stay again."
