"I stayed here for 10 nights and it was an amazing experience. The room was very clean and when needed service they did it quickly and well done. The staff was very kind and respectful. The breakfast was delicious. The laundry was very useful because i stayed there for 10 nights and it was very clean in there as well. Overall, an amazing hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in tokyo. 10/10"

Very clean room and stunning views, all the rooms are from the 20th floor upwards.
If you are on the side where the train line is though you are likely to hear them so earplugs might be needed"

"While the room was small (probably normal size for Tokyo hotels), it was very clean and extremely well laid-out so it didn’t feel particularly crowded. The hotel is located in an excellent location within easy walking distance of two different subway stations and multiple convenience stores. It’s also very close to Kabukicho and Ni Chome, but is located on a quieter street so you’ll still be able to sleep at night without noise. "

The staff are friendly and customer service is great. You can pay for breakfast Buffett which is good but if your staying longer the downside is it’s the same food daily. Also it’s located around lots of clubs but no noise and calm. We didn’t have any issues"
