"Perfect Apartment in the old City of Bilbao. Very clean and for a family of four perfect with 3 beds. Your are staying in the pedestrian area and have a nice view from your window to the buzzeling crowed. Only small disadvantage is the way to the parking, as we had Four big luggages. Would stay definately again, as everything was very digital and per WhatsApp, which made it easy. Bilbao as City was gar better and exiting as expected."

The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good.

"The hotel staff and service was exceptional and the breakfast option was well worth it. I felt very welcome and this hotel had a nice homey feel. Great location for walking distance to main areas but far enough away from any central noise.
My only complaint would be the hot/cold fluctuations with the shower usage. Any time another unit was using the shower at the same time this affected the temperature quite a bit. Tip: shower during the day when not many other guests are around or shower very...
