Guests will find a large swimming pool (dimension: 4 x 9.5 m; depth: 1.10 m) under the blue sky and sunbeds on the side. There is also a covered terrace right before the entrance of the house, where guests can relax and de-stress in the sitting area or dine at the al-fresco set up.
 
Inside, the lovely living room is built in a way to merge the outdoors with the indoors. The enormous outlets on two sides set the mood for a relaxing day close to nature and greenery. It is furnished with a set of sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stylish dining table. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen too, with a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Extra Charges

Tax Town to be paid on the spot: €1 per pax per day - until 7 days - up to 14 years old are exempt.
If necessary, gas for heating in the wintertime or when needed because of the climate must be paid on the spot and based on consumption at €5/mc.

A refundable security deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

The property is located on the hills of Tuscan Maremma, and the house has an expansive landscaped area within its premises. The historical town of Grosseto in Maremma, where the villa is located, is known for its fortified walls that date back to the 16th century, now transformed into a public park. There is also a Roman Catholic church full of artwork in Romanesque style. The main square of the town, Piazza Dante, also has a long history worth reminiscing. The region is famous for its local wine, and wine tours are quite a hit among tourists who come here. The food shops are about 3.5 kilometres from here. There is a golf course (30 kilometres), a park (35 kilometres), the beaches of Talamone (36 kilometres), the lagoon of Orbetello- Monte Argentario (41 kilometres), Pitigliano (44 kilometres), Monte Amiata (48 kilometres and Lake Bolsena (66 kilometres).
 
The nearest airport is about 164 kilometres from the villa.
