"Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice.

"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

"I knew my room was going to be small but I was shocked. It’s like a broom cupboard. Avoid if you are claustrophobic, there was barely space to move as a solo traveller.
Everything was clean and bar/reception space are nice, but the rooms are shockingly tiny."

"They charged us €40 to check in before 3:00, we arrived at 2:15. Our room was just ok. Lots of stains on our carpet, toenail clippings on the floor, marks all over the walls, and our shower leaked the whole time. We had to call the front desk to have our room cleaned after returning to find it was not clean for 2 days. When they came he acted like it was an inconvenience to take our overflowing trash bins. "Gut gefallen hat mir die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, aber die U-Bahn war zu spüren. Das Fenster ließ sich nur wenig öffnen. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und das Lüften dadurch schwierig.
Es gab im Treppenhaus einen Wasserkocher mit einem Angebot an Tee und Kaffee.
Unglücklich fand ich, dass das sehr kleine Einzelzimmer im zweiten OG lag, die Toilette und Dusche dazu aber im vierten OG.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Gepäck konnte nach dem Check-out aufbewahrt...

"This hotel is very conveniently located near the Tower Hill Tube station and walking distance from the Tower of London and many other sites (Tower Bridge, London Bridge, etc.). The staff were very helpful and welcoming.The hotel itself is very unique and Modern in design with plenty of spaces to hangout/r lax outside your hotel room.

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to...
