"Check in was super easy. The property descriptions were perfect and we had no problems settling in. There was a lot of room in the upstairs sleeping quarters, and we all felt comfortable. We had an emergency during our stay, and Heidi and her family were very gracious, welcoming us in for a little while until all was settled. "The space was very clean. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the waterfront. Good communication with owner. He is very responsive in a very short time. We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is upstairs, which wasn't a problem for us but if there are mobility issues it could be a problem. This is an older building with several private units. There is a lot of charm in these older homes. "

"This place was great and we would definitely come back! I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness b/c it smelled a bit musty mixed with cleaning solution and the top shelf where the coffee filters and creamers are kept was dusty and buggy. We had to get up on a chair to get the coffee supplies down. Maybe a little stool would be helpful. We loved the location and the back fire pit seating area is great! The beach was close by and awesome!! Thank you!"

"We enjoyed the short time we spent here. Nice neighborhood area that felt safe. The house is older, but we enjoyed the character.
