"The cabin was clean and fitted the environment and atmosphere it was placed in amongst nature. We take a lot of things for granted but never understand or contemplate it till it’s gone. Te Paki was well worth the experience to recharge one’s mind, body and soul especially for work. Definitely worth getting away to recharge and reset from the city life and work"

"Perfect location for our overnight stay. My ex farmer parents loved the peace and outlook onto farm land. Protea Cottage is beautifully set up, great coffee, super clean and comfy! Heat pump was on which made for a cozy evening. Many thanks for the ease of access and great communication. An 11/10 from my Dad!"

"The host, Linda, welcomed us like old friends. The cottage was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, quality toiletries, and even a woodstove. Outdoors is a slice of rural heaven--mountains, meadows, a stream, and cottage garden. We spotted a 10-point buck several times in the adjacent woods. "
