  • Nuestra cabaña fue construida a fines de 2015, y aunque está adyacente a la casa principal, es privada con fantásticas vistas rurales sobre las tierras de cultivo y hacia la cordillera de Tararua y las colinas del este. Ideal para parejas y familias pequeñas o grupos para una escapada de la ciudad para disfrutar de todo lo que Wairarapa tiene para ofrecer. Limpio y moderno con doble acristalamiento para el calor en invierno; Fresco en verano. Nuestra nueva piscina está disponible para nuestros huéspedes. Tenemos corderos (primavera), terneros, cerdos, patos y pollos.
    A 5 minutos en coche de las fabulosas tiendas y cafeterías de Greytown y Carterton, y a 20 minutos de Martinborough. Vaya a caminar en Tararuas, pruebe vinos en Gladstone o Martinborough, ande en bicicleta por el sendero ferroviario en Greytown o en los caminos rurales. Mucho que hacer o simplemente relajarse disfrutando de las vistas.
    Ofrecemos té / café de cortesía, un poco de repostería casera fresca y huevos frescos de nuestras gallinas.

Had a lovely welcome from Nicole's family dogs. Very friendly. We were also given a fresh home baked bread that was delicious. As it was still warm, we ate it straight away. Cookies & fresh eggs available also. The queen size bed was very comfortable with electric blanket to use on a cold September night. Shower pressure is awesome & nice loo paper. Had plunger coffee in the morning and was delicious. TV was great, we got to watch what we wanted before heading out for the evening. Would not hesitate in staying here again.

This was an accessible property close to main road, but peaceful and very well provisioned. We enjoyed using this place as a base for visiting local Wairarapa towns.

The accommodation was brilliant and Nicole was super friendly and providing fresh bread and baking was an unexpected but hugely welcome bonus. My youngest loved the cows too!

A beautiful property and a great location. We really appreciated the hosts allowing our kids to feed the animals and have a swim in the pool. The accommodation was lovely and comfy with everything we needed. We'd love to sray again.

The best hostess! She left us fresh bread and cookies as well as farm fresh eggs! the area was beautiful with sheep pastures all around. the cottage was clean and everything updated! Wonderful stay!

Wonderful 2 night base

Serenity is the perfect description for the lovely home to stay in. We were greeted by a gorgeous four legged girl with a red band gumboot as a welcome gift. Meeting the owner was like meeting a old family member. Having the home baked bread, fresh eggs, and homemade jam along with Tea Leaf tea was a winner. Its a great place to stay, we are coming back.

It was wonderful. It was a late night arrival after a stormy drive and such a pleasant welcoming. Too cold to try the pool. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and also saw them when leaving who were very pleasant to chat with, as was the dog that carried a rubber boot around. Everything was modern and easy to use. Of the highlights were the home made bread along with jam and fresh farm eggs left for us, and awaking to see lambs just outside the windows with cattle not far in the pasture. Would recommend to anyone seeking a rural stay in the area. Way better experience than a motel!

Peaceful and lovely place

We had a lovely weekend at this property. Very peaceful and quiet and not far if you want to escape Wellington. Nicole is a great host and very accommodating. Will definitely return.

A home away from home

We enjoyed this farm experience, with all the comforts of home, beautiful rural scenery, peaceful and quiet, with a lovely welcome of fresh bread, farm eggs and home-made biscuits.

Convenient country get-away

Nice property, and good location between Greytown and Carterton, with peaceful views of sheep in the paddocks, and of hills beyond. Set back from SH2, so easy to find, but not noisy. Lovely friendly family hosting, and fresh home baking and eggs were a real treat. Kids enjoyed the books, board games, and fort in the garden 😀

Lovely stay - very family friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. The lovely hosts greeted us, gave us fresh bread, cookies and milk. The house was well set up for families and the kids loved the toys and pool! The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the friendly labradors and looking out to see the cows and farmland

Nicole and Dr. Dave were fabulous hosts. Fresh farm eggs and homemade bread and biscuits = fantastic. The swimming pool was incredible. Fabulously maintained.

Fantastic location for a Wairarapa visit

Nicole is a great host. Lovely fresh bread and eggs provided as well as homemade biscuits! Property ticks all the boxes. Beds were comfortable & everything supplied that we needed. Swimming pool was welcome on a hot afternoon. Dogs were lovely and added to the charm.
