"Everything about this property is amazing! Rooms, comfort, breakfast, friendliness, helpfulness… The hotel arranged a taxi for us from the train station and to buy bus tickets. They were able to get us tickets to all the Chestnut Festival activities."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. "

"Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard"

"This was our second visit to the Yellow House. It is a lovely house with a fabulous pool and set in stunning Italian countryside. One is surrounded by nature here so it is very peaceful. We saw wild boars in the early mornings and at dusk - playing in the fields below the house. "

"Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. "We loved everything about our stay. Todi is a picture perfect hill town with wonderful people and restaurants. The property was a short (but steep) walk to the main piazza where we had great meals and the best gelato just a short stroll down the main shopping road. "This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave!"
