"The location of this home was perfect for our weekend for Sea Witch Festival. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, showers were good. There are many stairs to climb, so if there are members of your party who can't do that, this may not work for you. You won't know the check-in code until about an hour prior to your check-in time, just in case this is important to you. Overall this was a good, clean, comfy place to stay and walkable to all of Dewey's fun places. Easy walk to beach and bay...

"Great location right off the beach! Lots of room for our group of 20. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked and has two of every appliance -- fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc. We were there late in the season, so under the couch and under some of the beds could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't live with. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an AC return in the closet, so it was noisy at times -- and has no rod to hang clothes -- but, again, nothing we couldn't live with. We enjoyed...

"It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. All good in every way. "

"This was our second year staying at this wonderful house for our annual Girls Weekend. We love the views out of every window. You can watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee at the dinning table and also watch the sunset while drinking a cocktail on the deck. Plenty of room to sit and read a book alone or enjoy games or crafts at the large table with the gang. Quiet area yet not a far drive to restaurants or stores. "

"PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED; First class furniture and accents, appliances are first rate, we really enjoyed our stay, this was the first time we were able to take a full week of vacation, and we were ab le to relax and enjoy the experience. Bonus was the amazing sunsets, Views from the balconies were breathtaking; while we were not able to take full advantage of the water sports, the hosts provided equipment that they graciously made availalbe for the guests to use.
