"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Very nice layout, clean, great location and all the amenities you need for a quick stay. Nice touch with coffee and tea and the just in case items."

"The property is in a good location near everything avaliable. The house was clean, included 2 parking places out front, more at the corner. The kitchen needs hot pads & dish sponges otherwise the house was fully stocked towels, extras soaps, etc. There was with room for a family of 7. "

"I had a great interaction with the host and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and it also has a great kitchen with everything you would need and most importantly the area is extremely nice and very quiet and it was perfect for walking our dog, also the Fish on restaurant and the French bakery and Arena’s are as good as it gets! This home was perfect for us as it had a fenced yard for the dogs to roam, good sized bedrooms, and bathrooms. The home was clean, with a stocked kitchen, and laundry room. The neighborhood was also clean and very quiet. Great home for our needs and we would stay there again."
