"Loved the Poe themed quirky charm. Convenient parking. We were attending a soccer tournament and it was a super easy 11 minute drive to DE Turf. We love old houses and it felt like our previous home in New Orleans. Cat was very responsive after an initial problem with the Vrbo app. Would stay again!"

"If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. "Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. We have stayed in many a rental over the decades, and I don't think we have ever had a kitchen with so many thoughtful items, so many plates, etc. As a bunch of friends were meeting there to memorialize a friend, it was fantastic not to use paper plates, etc.Great host, great rental!"
