Grilled outside, played beer pong outside, big kitchen, has everything if you want to cook inside, very short walk to the best beach in Bethany - water for some reason is clearer here - maybe because it has whiter sand. "Great location right off the beach! Lots of room for our group of 20. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked and has two of every appliance -- fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc. We were there late in the season, so under the couch and under some of the beds could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't live with. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an AC return in the closet, so it was noisy at times -- and has no rod to hang clothes -- but, again, nothing we couldn't live with. We enjoyed...

"The host had great communication and was very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for my family of 11 during Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The cottage house was a bonus, and also clean. I would suggest having a broom and vacuum handy and available for guests. It was stated that these items were available but we never found them.
