"Adorable Rustic, knotty pine cottage. Well maintained and clean. Property location was perfect. Remote, quiet neighborhood right on the water. Short drive to popular areas such as Dewey and Bethany Beach. Being able to kayak and fish in the bay right from the backyard was a major plus. And the views from yard were amazing. Would recommend for families traveling with dogs, looking for a nice, relaxing, peaceful getaway."

"Kim was excellent to work with and easy to reach. Bedrooms were very small with no over head lighting or ceiling fans. There is only one TV, we brought a TV from home because the kids and adults wanted to watch different shows at the same time. Bringing the pups was wonderful and neighborhood was nice for walking them. Beach cart and chairs were helpful. Nice little pool and community space."

"Incredible Beach House in Dewey Beach, I took 8 of us and we had rooms to spare. The check in details were a little sketchy, but the property was in mgmt transition to Berkshire Hathaway. I can’t say enough nice things about Olivia and the staff at Berkshire. They came over multiple times to address minor concerns. Overall it was a great house, great realtor host and the town of Dewey Beach is as quaint and full of kind people, as there is. I highly recommend this house, even if you don’t need a...
