"We had a great time at the beach during the Labor Day weekend 2024. Meg, the owner, was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Meg has just remodeled this house and we really enjoyed being there. It’s beautifully decorated and very cozy. We loved being very close to the beach and it was an amazing weekend for us and our friends. Meg had everything we needed for the beach, and more. Thanks Meg!"

"The location was convenient, the pool was fantastic, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our dog, but agree with the other listings that the screen door needs to be repaired (we could not use the porch because it was too buggy due to the screen tear) and that the steps leading to the outdoor shower need fixing. Other areas could use updating, organizing (washing machine area and under sinks), or deep cleaning (stains on rugs/couches) - this did not bother us, but...

"The house is restfully colorful and commodious. We had lots of family for dinner with no space problems and plenty of seating. We enjoyed kayaking with our inflatable kayaks. We especially enjoyed drinking our coffee qwatching baby herons in their high nest"

"We were so happy with our stay. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. He even mailed us a personal belonging we forgot. We emailed him with a few simple cleaning flaws, he emailed back right away and had it figured out. "The house was HUGE and recently remodeled, clean and well-stocked. Lots of space for two families with four young kids. The owner was easily reachable via the VRBO app, but would have been nice to be able to reach the property manager quickly by cell phone/text. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This property is clean and has everything you need. Having linens provided and the beds made upon arrival is a great plus! The location is close to everything. The only drawback is the amount of noise in the early morning hours from the convenience store complex directly behind the property, but this is Nothing that the property owners have any control over. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!"

"We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! "

"I just couldn’t believe My eyes when I first laid eyes on that house so close to The beach. Beautiful inside brand new everything brand new rug, and hardware floors. Bathrooms were immaculate kitchen was immaculate not enough can be said about the state of this house. Thank you so much. We hope that you will take us as new guest next year. "At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...
