The living room and kitchen are specious, bedrooms are adequate but not large, the bathrooms are modern and seem recently renovated. The central AC functioned very well. "Clean and spacious apartment in a great location less than 10 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. I appreciated the comfortable mattress in the bedroom, updated bathroom, and large balcony with seating. The balcony door was difficult to close and required slamming it shut. The sofa was very hard and not particularly comfortable. Other minor improvements would be to add a trashcan in the bathroom, cutting knife in the kitchen, and lamp in the living room.
