"Our stay here was great- with an accommodating check-in time and amazing communication with the host. The apartment itself it VERY simple and very barebones. Toilet paper, towels, sheets and kitchenware is all that is provided- so make sure you bring anything else you may need. Apartment was EXTREMELY humid, despite the ACs all running. "this place was not what it is in the photo. No king bed very dusty and moldy smelling. The cabinets looked like they were going to fall off the wall The outdoor eating space was a table with two chairs outside your room There were 7 rooms that were being rented out. "This really is a fabulous Ocean City property. There were 3 in our party - my wife and I (who took the bedroom) and our 11 year old son who slept on the very comfortable sofa-bed. The apartment is very well maintained and cleaned, with modern appliances. The decor and furnishings are all are in good condition and very welcoming. "The Octopus Cottage was the perfect spot for a cozy getaway! Donna has thought of quite literally everything, the house is stocked from top to bottom. While we did not need anything during our stay, we knew we could always ask for anything - her communication was phenomenal the whole time. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Cape May and tons of breweries and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to return!"
