"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home.

"We were in town for a wedding and were looking for a comfortable home for ourselves and our two dogs. This home was perfect for us as it had a fenced yard for the dogs to roam, good sized bedrooms, and bathrooms. The home was clean, with a stocked kitchen, and laundry room. The neighborhood was also clean and very quiet. Great home for our needs and we would stay there again."

"Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks "

"I had a great interaction with the host and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and it also has a great kitchen with everything you would need and most importantly the area is extremely nice and very quiet and it was perfect for walking our dog, also the Fish on restaurant and the French bakery and Arena’s are as good as it gets! Looking forward to going back in the near future!"
