"Tim was the best host that I've ever had on Vrbo. He was very polite. Tim met us and texted me stating that we could check in earlier anytime we wanted. The host met us at the property. His home was attached to the room that we rented. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was very convenient to the boardwalk but still was on a quiet street. "We had an excellent stay at the property. It was even more spacious in person than it looked online! The yard was spacious as well, good for our corgi. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and the one neighbor we interacted with was very nice. A couple of very minor issues we had: we didn't get our check-in info until morning of (it was a technology related glitch, not the host's fault); saw a few tiny ants in the master bath; some of the jets on the large tub in the master bath didn't work...
