"The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond like when we were having coffee in the lobby, they had the bell person take our luggage up and put it in the room for us so it will be there when we arrived."
"The friendliness of the staff is apparent from when we checked in and they were a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.
Our superior Courtyard room was spacious for two people and larger than many Paris hotels. There was room for two large suitcases and still had plenty of space left. Rooms were very clean and we appreciated the two bottles of water each day and the free afternoon pastry/cake on offer in the afternoons.

"The location, adjacent to the Jardins des Tuileries, is close to many famous landmarks. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but contained all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay in Paris. Air conditioning worked great during a hot August stay."
